One component of my Honours course in Health Journalism is behaviour change. But how can I advocate it if I don't set about improving my own health? My blog will document how I go about improving my physical well being and what my progress is. I have mapped out what my goals are and will see whether I can reach them. The different tabs of this blog contain different elements of the process: for example "HKE Test Diary" will document the measurements that are taken every month and "Exercise Diary" will contain information about the sessions that I do with the personal trainers in the HKE dept as well as focusing on significant days during the process.
Time to get fighting fit!
